On Thursday, 30th, July 2009, 5pm GMT it will be a webcast about "Managing Performance and Availability for 25,000 Siebel Contact Center Users w/ Oracle Real Application Clusters". In one of the largest environments in the world using Oracle's Siebel product line, supporting 25,000 heavy call center users is not an easy task. This session focuses on the performance, availability, and manageability methods that help make this project successful and will be helpful for any other large OLTP project.
