Standby Statspack and AWR in Active Data Guard Environments

More and more customers are taking advantage to run workloads also on their standby databases, mainly for reporting purposes. Performance tuning of such databases needs some alternative approaches as they are mainly meant to be used read-only.
In this presentation I will cover Standby Statspack first. Then I will concentrate on a specific extension to AWR aka Remote Management Framework (RMF).
Both frameworks can be used for performance analysis of such environments.
The talk will also include some demonstrations.
