ASM Best Practices for Standalone and Engineered Systems

This session provides best practice recommendations for deploying new features available with Automatic Storage Management (ASM), available in Oracle database 18c and 19c. The session covers best practices for deployment, management, availability and performance tuning for both engineered systems, including Exadata and ODA, as well as build-your-own environments. The session covers internals of the key features so DBA's can better understand how the new features help with their day-to-day activities.
